Utilising the Metrics Bench

Input athlete data into the "Metrics athlete data sheet"; update every 3–6 months for growing athletes to ensure accuracy.

Participant setup

In order to standardise joint angles for each athlete, the practitioner is required to obtain specific limb length data points and insert them into the “Metrics athlete data sheet”.

Familiarisation

Prepare athletes using "Force" and "RFD" setups, ensuring familiarisation, max effort tests, and stabilised scores.

Testing

Use "Force" for low-skilled athletes; "RFD" for high training status. Follow setup, warm-up, and max effort cues.

Training

Use "Force" for isometric training at a specific %MVIC. Adjust thresholds, record data, and analyse results.

Storage and Recall

Access, sort, and rename past session data via the Analyse tab's Data files and Rename options.
